Primary Responsibilities
  • Overall HR business partnering, managing and supporting the strategic and operational matters.
  • Support the Senior Manager for HR functions such as reviewing, maintaining or executing company policies and procedures including workforce planning, recruitment/talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management and succession planning, compensation and staff benefits/welfare, industrial relations and employee relations

  Skill Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in shopping mall management
  • PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Knowledge in labour law, HR Best practices and the Employment Act
  • Knowledge in Human Resource Management System
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building
  • People Oriented and results driven
