Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the Assistant Manager for overall functions in HR
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which includes, recruitment, training, payroll, admin, IR, C&B and related HR matters
  • Maintains the HRMS system records and reporting
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior

  Skill Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping mall management
  • PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Knowledge in labour law, HR Best practices and the Employment Act
  • Knowledge in Human Resource Management System
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building
  • People Oriented and results driven
