Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day IT operation, computer/system/network support and IT activities required to serve business users
  • Co-work with relevant stakeholders to manage selection processes and procurement of IT applications, system and services
  • Coordinate and manage vendors for their services & solutions delivery as per agreed SLA, scope and time e.g. IT incident and service desk case support, IT project and solution implementation
  • Facilitate and coordinate with all business users and vendors to validate and finalize requirements, testing and acceptance, as well as incident and problem management required after Go-Live
  • Co-work with CPN group IT to design, review and manage the IT infrastructure, system and applications to ensure the most efficient IT capability
  • Apply and drive the implementation of IT processes and security policies required for Malaysia offices with alignment to CPN group IT principles

  Skill Requirements
  • At least 5 years of daily IT computer support, operation and IT project Management
  • Experiences in handling and managing IT for retail and property management businesses can be beneficial
  • Strong experiences and background in handling Window server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File server, Switch, Antivirus, Proxy, firewall, IT networking and security
  • Knowledges on potential IT vendors who can provide services and solutions to serve CPN business
  • Self-motivated, service-minded, and able to work both independently and under pressure
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
