Primary Responsibilities

·         Support the Manager, Car Park in aspects operation of car park and traffic control. Assist the Manager, Car Park in ensuring that the car park is smooth for general public.

·         Implementing policies and strategies related to the car park to enhance customer service and traffic control, emergency and accounting control of the facility.

·         To adhere and ensure the implementation Standard Operating Procedures.

·         To ensure daily attendance and punctuality of car park personnel.

·         Ensure the car park, entries/exits and Auto Pay Station in presentable and in operation condition.

·         To perform, control staff and cash handling/collection as per procedure.

·         To prepare, complete, verify and submit daily, weekly and monthly report.

·         Be familiar with and understand the operation of all parking related equipment in the car park.

·         Monitoring of all activities performed by vendors and contractors within car park adhering to the company policy and procedures.

·         Ensure the equipment supplier technician is attending to the breakdown and executing preventive maintenance as per schedule.

·         Co-operate and co-ordinate in all matters with security personnel in the related to car park.

·         Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and occupants of the mall.

·         Attend to all accident and incident report within the car park.

·         Recruit, train, discipline, and evaluate the performance of the Car Park personnel.

·         Perform on job duties and special assignments, and meeting as instructed by Manager, Car Park.

·         Attend routine enquiries, correspondence and carry out general administrative duties

  Skill Requirements
  • SPM or O Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills, knowledge in the operations of car park systems & equipment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – including relationship building
  • Hands-on & results oriented
