Co-ordination

Prepare
and submit reports to include incident and accident reports, maintenance
report, defaults, customer complaints, operational matters, collection report
etc on weekly basis

Manages
complaints within car park premises
·        
Establish
good relationship with tenants and occupants of the mall
·        
Establishes
best practices for car park operations to ensure effectiveness and excellence
in service
·        
Manage
and monitor operations of carpark, cleanliness and safety equipments/matters
·        
Liaises
with maintenance contractors for the servicing and upkeep of all car park
equipment and systems
·        
Maintain
inventory control including ticket consumables, spare parts and technical
·        
Implement
a preventive maintenance program located on schedule
·        
Analyze
the car park trends of car volumes
·        
Ensure
that the operating expenses under his responsibility are not over spend
·       Plans the annual budget for
operational expenses and forecasts the generated revenue
