Job Title Location TECHNICIAN - BUILDING NORMAL Primary Responsibilities Maintain the services (predominantly mechanical, plumbing and electrical) of the shopping centre on a day to day basis. Carry out daily routine check on the building facilities to ensure efficient operations Perform general repair and replacement of various defects including painting, plumbing and electrical works Coordinate and monitor the upgrading/renovation works by tenant or landlord Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled Attend to all complaints made by customers or tenants   Skill Requirements Minimum SPMV/SKM, professional certificate or its equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in related  Familiar with building operations procedure Possess basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical and plumbing Good personality and customer service skills Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
