Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in aspects of Housekeeping issues within the Centre. He is to assist the Manager ensuring that the mall is well-kept and clean at all times and oversee the performance and schedule of the cleaning and pest control service providers. 
  • Promote CPN policies and safe work practices
  • Work Planning
  • Management of service contractors
  • Preparation of simple reports
  • Establish good relationship with tenants and occupants of the Centre
  • Co-ordinating and communicating with internal & external parties
  • Ensure that the service providers and/or contractors carry out safe work practices during their service maintenance
  • Familiar with the cleaning method and procedures and operation of cleaning machines
  • Able to train and/or ensure that the service providers and applying the correct techniques for cleaning
  • Familiar with the safety require for cleaning at height
  • Schedule the duty roaster of the Housekeeping Department and/or the service provider
  • Able to perform simple inventory keeping
  • Able to facilitate Centre activities such as façade cleaning, annual cleaning, high dusting, car park cleaning etc.
  • Able to chair the daily staff briefing and monthly contractor meeting in the absences of Maintenance Manager
  • Attend to and feedback/complaints from the occupant 
  • Assist other departments in Centre’s events

  Skill Requirements
  • SPM or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
  • Excellent communication skills – including relationship building
