Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain the services (predominantly mechanical, plumbing and electrical) of the shopping centre on a day to day basis.

  • Ensure all areas are maintained on a daily basis:
  • Repair and maintenance of external structures, car parks, signage, road works and gates. 
  • Organising and liaising with contractors with larger scale repair and maintenance works. 
  • Ensuring customer and retailer safety. 

  • Day to day retailer satisfaction with the facility: 
  • Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints (i.e. air-conditioning).
  • Assisting with the maintaining of security and access procedures for retailers. 

  • Day to day customer satisfaction with the facility:
  • Ensuring the Centre‚Äôs daily cleanliness, appearance and safety. 
  • Assisting with emergency procedures as required. 
  • Other duties that may assign by the Senior Executive, Building Operations Manager and Centre Manager - Centre Management Office of Central i-City Shopping Centre.

  Skill Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in shopping mall management or relevant industry experience
  • EWP, electrical and vehicle licences essential 
  • Trade background essential (plumbing or electrical preferred) 
  • PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building
