Primary Responsibilities
- Support
the Car park supervisor in aspects of operating cashier counter.
- Responsible for ensuring parking charges is
correctly calculated and collect fees from customers.
- Provide information and respond to customer inquiries related to parking related matters.
- Perform cash handling tasks, such as making change,
balancing and recording cash drawer to ensure that the amounts are correct.
- Take tally of the money in the cash drawers at the
beginning and end shift to ensure that the amounts are correct.
- Responsible to issuing receipts and check day-to-day
cash and other payment method transactions.
- Provide support to customers with issue with unreadable
tickets, notes and other related parking matters.
- Keep the working area clean and orderly.
- Preparation of daily reports.
- Establish good relationship with occupants
of the mall.
