Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate invoices include rental, utilities, storage, ad hoc charges, late payment interest and percentage rent.
  • Follow-up with tenants for payment and monitoring of aging.
  • To in-charge Accounts Receivables
  • Generation of invoices for monthly rental and ad hoc invoice for casual leasing to tenants / customers
  • Follow-up with tenants for payment and monitoring of aging
  • Arrange for cheques to be banked in and recording the details of payment as well as to update the system
  • Input reading for water, chill water, and etc then rise invoice to tenants
  • Issuing of reminder letter for unpaid balances after due date, compute late payment interest and issue tax invoices
  • Follow up with tenants for submitting POS sale data to landlord’s server
  • Update tenants sales control and monitor tenants sale performance
  • Issue percentage rent invoice should tenant has achieved min sale threshold or reconcile the sales figure should there be discrepancies
  • Meeting up with tenants with regards to unpaid balances and structure payment scheme whenever necessary
  • Work closely with Leasing Department to improve debts collection and provide feedback on tenants’ related matters
  • Tenants’ poor sales performance which lead to late payment and bad debts
  • Frequent none submission of POS data to landlord’s server

  Skill Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in shopping mall management or relevant industry experience
  • PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
  • Basic understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping & accounting
