Primary Responsibilities
  • To complete all statutory requirements in accordance with timetables set for the company.
  • To be responsible for accounts receivable function regarding IFRS & local tax regulation.
  • Monthly closing account processes and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly report for closing and HQ submission.
  • To assist the Finance & Admin Manager and team in delivery of all company requirements.
  • To keep company confidential information and follow the code of conduct.
  • Manage all statutory deadlines (timetables, processes).
  • Process AR ledger and incoming payments portion in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Review and verify AR invoices for correction before booking into accounting system and tax submission.
  • Responsible for daily accounting receivable transactions, data entry and concern reports.
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Monitor and reconcile AR accounts to ensure payments are up to date and posting correctly by follow to company standard process.
  • Research and resolve AR invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Follow up on outstanding AR invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients and monitoring of aging.
  • Always maintain client files up to date.
  • Reviews internal control procedures periodically.
  • Assist in month end closing and concern reporting & year-end. 
  • Providing all concerned documents & reports for both internal & external audit portions.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior as and when required.

  Skill Requirements
  • Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA (graduate or partial), bachelors degree in accountancy or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in accounts receivable & general accounting and prior audit experience and experience in shopping mall   management will be an added advantage.

  • PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and proficient in ERP systems will be an added advantage.

  • Good command in English.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team.

  • Strong sense of commitment, work under pressure, self-motivated and teamwork.

  • Analytical, meticulous, enthusiastic, responsible, well organized and possess a strong work ethic.
