Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement Leasing Plans: Contribute to leasing strategies and ensure optimized rental packages.
• Source New Tenants: Stay ahead of retail trends and secure sustainable brands.
• Negotiate Agreements: Lead lease negotiations and prepare documentation.
• Oversee Handover: Ensure smooth handover of premises.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure tenant adherence to terms.
• Manage Records: Keep lease documents organized.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive tenant relations.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with credit control, marketing, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor Performance: Analyze tenant performance and suggest improvements.
• Support Credit Control: Assist in ensuring timely rental payments.
• Handle Legal Matters: Liaise with legal teams on tenancy issues.
• Be Manager-on-Duty: Rotate as MOD during weekends/public holidays.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in Commerce, Business, or Real Estate Studies.
• 4+ years in retail leasing (shopping mall management).
• Strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency (a plus for specific categories).
• Knowledge of legal and financial leasing aspects.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
