Primary Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance, admin & legal and procurement functions for a shopping mall in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.
- To identify and recommend effective workflow/process improvement to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of department's operation.
- Ensure effective maintenance of full set of accounts, GST and income tax submission, cash flow forecast, and accurate reporting of financial matters/results/management reports/analysis of results and statutory matters.
- Drive consistency and cost effectiveness, ensuring strict compliance with all accounting procedures and company policies where applicable.
- Drawing up the Annual Budget, departmental budget challenge and BOD presentation.
- Attend to auditors on any queries and meet stipulated deadlines.
- Responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely an accurate manner.
- Anticipating, identifying and articulating legal issues on various corporate and commercial matters to senior management and the Board and assisting in corporate/business strategies.
- To provide advice regarding matters of law, compliance and governance and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage and control the administration flow to be effective and operating with efficient standard.
